How HomeCare Works

HomeCare is structured around a predictable monthly service schedule designed to keep your home properly maintained throughout the year.

1. Monthly Service Hours
Each HomeCare plan includes a set number of professional handyman hours that are available every month. These hours are used to complete routine maintenance, preventative care, and homeowner-requested tasks.

2. Scheduled Monthly Visit
We visit your home once per month to perform seasonal maintenance items based on your home’s needs and the time of year. This includes tasks such as appliance maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs that help prevent wear and damage. 3. Personal Home To-Do List
If your scheduled maintenance does not use all of your available time for the month, any remaining time is applied to your personal home To-Do list. This allows small repairs, adjustments, and household tasks to be completed steadily without piling up.

4. Identifying Larger Issues
If we discover issues that require more extensive repair, specialty trades, or additional labor beyond your monthly HomeCare hours, we document the findings and provide you with clear options and recommendations. No additional work is performed without your approval.
