What is HomeCare?

Owning a home means constant upkeep—but for many homeowners, maintenance gets delayed, to-do lists keep growing, and small issues slowly turn into expensive problems. Whether life is busy, experience is limited, or priorities shift, homes are often left reacting to breakdowns instead of being cared for intentionally.

HomeCare is a proactive, monthly home maintenance program designed to change that. We visit your home once a month to maintain key systems and appliances, address routine wear, and steadily work through your personal home to-do list—so things get done before they become problems.

For homeowners who choose to add on HomeProfile, from our very first visit, we document finishes, systems, and service history. This allows us to spot issues early, work more efficiently over time, and provide clear insight into your home’s condition for your own peace of mind—and for future buyers if you ever sell.

HomeCare is ideal for busy households, new homeowners who aren’t sure where to begin, and older homeowners who want consistent, dependable care from a trusted professional who knows their home and shows up regularly.

Getting Started with HomeCare

1. Choose your level of HomeCare

Select the plan that fits how much support your home needs — Essential, Complete, or Concierge. Each plan is built on the same standards of care; the difference is how much ongoing attention your home receives.

2. We establish a clear starting point for your home

Your first visit sets the foundation for ongoing care. We review key systems and areas of your home, address immediate priorities, and align on what matters most — so future visits stay focused, efficient, and proactive.

You don’t need to prepare anything — just let us know when to arrive.

3. Ongoing care, handled monthly

From there, we visit monthly to complete seasonal maintenance, work through your personal to-do list, and track your home’s condition over time. If we spot larger concerns, we document them and walk you through clear options before anything moves forward.

Your home stays maintained.
Your list gets shorter.
Nothing important gets overlooked.
