HomeCare is a proactive, monthly home maintenance program designed to change that. We visit your home once a month to maintain key systems and appliances, address routine wear, and steadily work through your personal home to-do list—so things get done before they become problems.

For homeowners who choose to add on HomeProfile, from our very first visit, we document finishes, systems, and service history. This allows us to spot issues early, work more efficiently over time, and provide clear insight into your home’s condition for your own peace of mind—and for future buyers if you ever sell.

HomeCare is ideal for busy households, new homeowners who aren’t sure where to begin, and older homeowners who want consistent, dependable care from a trusted professional who knows their home and shows up regularly.

To protect quality, safety, and compliance, HomeCare and standard handyman visits do not include:

  • Major electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work requiring a licensed trade

  • Work requiring permits or inspections

  • Structural changes or engineering-related repairs

  • Full remodels or large-scale renovations

  • Roofing replacement or major exterior envelope repairs

  • Pest control, mold remediation, or hazardous material handling

If we discover a larger issue, we will document it, explain what we found, and provide clear options or a separate quote. No additional work is performed without your approval.
